Can you cap my existing concrete steps with pavers?+
Sometimes — if the underlying concrete is structurally sound. Most older porch steps in NJ have settling and cracking that mean a full rebuild is the better long-term move.
Do I need a railing?+
Code requires a railing on stairs with 3+ risers in most NJ townships. We coordinate handrail installation with a metal sub if needed.
